  • Don't get annoyed the next time someone says "it's just your attitude" - they're actually right. At least according to a new study conducted by Stanford University. How high your IQ is doesn't really matter for how well you succeed in life. What matters instead is your attitude, says psychologist Carol Dweck, who has studied people's attitude and performance throughout her career.

  • Don't get stuck in helplessness We all feel helpless at some point, but the most important thing is how we react to the feeling. You can either let your emotions weigh you down until you're stuck in the swamp, or you can learn from failure and move on.

  • Be Passionate There will always be someone who has a greater natural talent for something than you. But it is possible to compensate for a bad natural aptitude with passion. Successful people are driven by a passion.

  • Take action People with developmental attitudes are not braver than others, but they know that paralyzing emotions like fear only disappear if action is taken. There is no perfect opportunity, so why wait for one? Taking action turns the anxious and negative emotions into positive and focused energy.

  • Go the extra mile” People with the right attitude are always on top of things and do their best, even on bad days. If you constantly set limits on what you can handle, mentally or physically, it will spread to both your private life and your career. Also, if you don't get a little better every day, then you must get a little worse every day. And what kind of life is it to live?

  • Expect results,

  • Be flexible Unexpected setbacks confront us all at some point. But with a developing attitude, you embrace adversity and see it as a means of improvement instead of something that holds you back. When an unexpected challenge arises - be flexible and challenge yourself until you see results.

  • Don't complain when things don't go your way Complaining is a typical sign of a person with a fixed attitude. A person with a developing attitude always looks for opportunities in everything, there is no place for complaints.

  • Merge everything By keeping track of how you react to the little things in life, you can work your way forward to the right, developing attitude.
